Petrosian Real Estate Group · Las Vegas & San Diego

More qualified clients than we can close.

Realtor.com referrals, qualified by our team before anyone picks up the phone. There are two ways to get them, and only one of them means changing brokerages.

Choose your lane

Two ways to work with us.

Same referrals. Same team behind them. The only difference is whether you move your license.

Path two

Stay where you are.

Keep your brokerage, your brand and your license exactly where they are. Sign one standing referral agreement and take the overflow we cannot cover.

  • No license transfer, no desk fee, no monthly cost
  • Referral fee paid on close, nothing upfront
  • Say no to any referral with no penalty
  • Same qualified handoff our own agents get

Contact details first, then a few questions.

The problem was never that you can’t sell.

It’s the inconsistency. A closing in March, nothing in April, two in June. You cannot plan a life around a paycheck that shows up whenever it feels like it.

So you fill the gap. Buying leads that never answer. Posting, cold calling, asking friends and family one more time. Wearing every hat because there is nobody else to wear them.

Most of that work is not selling. It is the search for someone to sell to.

The agents who get steady do not work harder at the search. They stop doing it. Somebody else finds the client, confirms they are real, and hands them over ready to go.

What both paths get

A warm handoff, not a name and a number.

Before a referral reaches anyone, our team has already had the conversation. This is what we know by the time your phone rings.

The questions we ask so you don’t have to

Their why, their when, their what, their who, and their how. Whether they are paying cash or financing. Whether there is a home to sell before they can buy. Whether they are actually ready to walk through a door this week or just browsing on a Sunday.

That is a full buyer consult, completed by our team, on our time. What lands on your desk is the part you are good at.

Referrals originate from Realtor.com and from our own campaigns. From your side it makes no difference. Either way it is a warm handoff.

Who is handing them over

Nathan spent his last dollar building this team.

He got his real estate license in 2002, the same year he graduated from San Diego State. Bought two investment properties in his first year, then moved to Las Vegas in 2005 and worked as a loan officer while earning his Nevada license.

Building the team took everything he had. He guided rock climbing on the side to help fund it, which he will tell you he kept doing because he actually likes it.

Today that team runs in both Las Vegas and San Diego, with staff, offices, and more inbound than they can personally handle. That last part is why you are reading this.

Who you would be working with

This part is not stock photography.

Every face on this page is someone on the team, in our office, at our events. If you take a referral from us, these are the people behind it.
